How to: Log into Firehouse247

To log into your system please head to this link and save it as a bookmark in your browser: https://v3.firehouse247.com/

First sign in

Once on the homepage enter your database ID provided to you by your project manager.

Your username is first initial, last name.

Example: "BWomack"

Your password on first sign in will be the same as your username.

Example:

Username: "BWomack"

Password: "BWomack"

You will then be prompted to change your password to a unique password to secure your account.

If your password has been reset

If your password has been set by either a Firehouse administrator or your leadership and your system is live, your password will be the same as your username. Simply repeat the above workflow to be prompted to change your password to a unique identifier.
