First sign in
Once on the homepage enter your database ID. This will be your state abbreviation followed by your FDID number.
Example for a Rhode Island department: "RI03400"
Your username is first initial, last name.
Example: "JReynolds"
Your password on first sign in will be the same as your username.
You will then be prompted to change your password.
If your password has been reset
If your password has been set by either a Firehouse administrator or your leadership and your system is live, your password will be the same as your username.
