How do I reset a member password?

To reset a member password head to the Member page. 

Select the checkbox next to the member whose password you want to change and either at the top of the page or the bottom, click the button reset password.

• Users password will be reset to their user ID
• User will be notified via text and/or push notification
• User will have to change password on their next login

If you wish to revoke access to a member, you can select their name and click revoke access.

• Users password will be cleared
• User will be unable to login until password is reset
• User is not automatically notified
