Putting a member out

To edit a member and put them out on leave, select the checkbox next to their name and click Edit at the top of the page. This will bring up the Add Time Off page. Select the Shift rotation the member will be removed from, and the reason for leave. By clicking Add, the schedule page will reappear and the member whose status was modified will now show in a new color. If the text is:


  • Black this has not brought the assigned totals below the working minimum and requires no action
  • Blue this member has been reassigned and the member taking the shift is in blue text
  • Red this action has brought the department under the minimum amount and requires reassigning or filling to cover the shift


There can be other colour codes depending on your department rules. I.e Payback members could be in Green.
