To reassign a member, select a member on the schedule who has been put out on leave and click Edit again. On this page the members’ time off status can be changed and their open position can be manually filled. Depending on how the time off affects the schedule, they may be marked as Do Not Fill, in which case the Status can be amended to either Filled, Open, Requested or Ordered. If the status is Filled or Ordered then a member can be manually chosen to take this shift. If the status is set to Open, this will make the shift available for filling on the Fill Shifts page.
